Static cameras have a fixed position and the focal length will be preset during installation.
PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom) cameras as the name suggests allow the user to rotate the camera 360° horizontally and 180° vertically whilst offering a zoom feature. A Joystick controller is often provided to accompany the recorder to make controlling your PTZ cameras simple.
Both camera types are available as standard, HD or IP versions and can be installed side by side onto their respective system types.
